What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover) through our secure payment processor, Stripe.

Can I cancel anytime?

Absolutely. There are no long-term contracts. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. If you cancel, you'll retain access until the end of your current billing period.

What happens to my data if I cancel?

We keep your data secure for 90 days after cancellation in case you decide to come back. You can also export your client data and documents at any time before canceling.

Are there any additional fees for payment processing?

When your clients pay you through HuntDocs via Stripe, standard Stripe processing fees apply (currently 2.9% + $0.30 per transaction). These fees go directly to Stripe, not HuntDocs. There are no additional markups or hidden fees from us.

Do you offer discounts for paying annually?

Yes! When you choose annual billing, you get 2 months free — that's a 17% savings compared to monthly billing. Annual plans are billed as a single payment of $1,250/year.

Is my data secure?

Absolutely. HuntDocs uses bank-level encryption (256-bit SSL) for all data transmission. Your data is stored on secure, redundant servers with regular backups. We never sell or share your information with third parties.
